Challenge:
The
Plumbcall network
had expanded at
such a rate that
natural attrition
in the trade sector
made sustaining
a large network
of employed plumbers
diffi cult. The
business had signifi
cant opportunities
beyond its original
market in Rockhampton
but signifi cant
resources were being

the status quo and

to the demand for
