The Challenge:

Our client has attained the rights to distribute SITO-OXGEN to the Australian market. The pre-packaged water bottles shall be imported to Australia from Malaysia, where worldwide processing and packaging occurs.

The key challenge is that our Client is Malaysian, and thus requires Australian Government approval to conduct their business in Australia.

This requires the submission of a detailed Business Proposal to the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs, demonstrating the value the business will add to the Australian economy.
