Founded in 2002 by Janine Allis, Boost Juice started with a simple idea: make healthy living fun. Inspired by the vibrant juice bar culture she discovered in California, Janine opened the first Boost Juice store in Adelaide and built a brand around energy, flavour, and the "love life" philosophy.

Today, Boost Juice is one of Australia's most recognised and loved retail brands, with over 370 locations across every state and a presence in multiple countries worldwide. The menu features fresh fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, and snacks, all made with quality ingredients and no artificial colours or flavours.
